To get started, we request that you send some inspiration images with approx desired stone weight. If we think the project is a good fit, we ask for a non refundable deposit that is debited from your final payment. Most custom projects take 4-6 weeks to complete. We work with our team in NYC for custom pieces including full CAD and stone selection. You approve every step of the process. For ring redesign projects, we work with our local female bench jeweler.
